Elizabeth Forneris

Elizabeth is a proud TNM alum who began her leadership journey as a Lieutenant of the Shining Stars (our teen company) before becoming Captain her freshman year. In high school, she was a member of the Berkner High School Bandoleras, where she earned a spot on both the Kick Line and Dance Team all three years. She served as Junior Lieutenant in 2003 and was honored to lead as Captain in 2004. One of her most memorable experiences was performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2002.

During college at the University of Oklahoma, Lizy continued to share her love of dance by teaching with Starmakers Dance Company and Tippi Toes in Norman, Oklahoma. She also returned to New York City in 2008 to chaperone with Mike Miller and Associates for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. After graduating in 2008, Lizy began her professional career as the Drill Team Director at Shepton High School, inspiring the next generation of dancers.
