To ensure safety and uniformity in class we enforce a dress code. With the exception of small earrings, NO JEWELRY should be worn. Hair should be pulled back and secured and proper dance shoes are required.
Creative Movement and Combo classes
Any color leotard, tights, pink leather ballet shoes and if combo class black tap shoes. Hip Hop Tumble students please no attached skirts as they hinder when tumbling. Tap shoes will need elastic NOT ribbon ties.
Ballet/Pointe Students
Black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes for ALL ballet levels. Senior Ballet students may wear any solid color leotard and pink tights. No skirts. Hair should be secured tightly in a bun – no pony tails. Lyrical: Leotard, convertible or stirrup tights, ballet shoes or bare feet.
Jazz/Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical
Fitted dance clothing. Jazz pants, capris, booty shorts, fitted cami tops and leotards. NO baggie t-shirts, shorts and jeans. Hair should be secured back out of face. These classes will need TAN leather slip on jazz shoes, no laces please.
Hip Hop and Tap
Comfortable clothing. NO Jeans. Remember floor work might be involved so long pants should be worn for comfort of your knees. Tennis shoes for hip hop are acceptable but should not leave scuff marks on the floor. Bare feet will not be permitted with the exception of (5-6 yr) hip hop/tumble combo class. Tap: black leather tap shoes.
